At Scotia, we take pride in delivering our handcrafted laddoos fresh to your doorstep. Our products are made in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our delivery process.

Freshness Commitment

As our products are perishable, we use temperature-controlled packaging and expedited shipping to ensure your laddoos arrive fresh. Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours of being placed.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days for order preparation
  • Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day
  • Business Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
  • Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another when it's dispatched

We currently ship across India. Delivery timelines vary by location:

Shipping Costs

FREE shipping on orders above ₹999

For orders below ₹999:

  • Metro Cities: ₹49
  • Tier 2 Cities: ₹79
  • Other Areas: ₹99

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Order Tracking

Stay updated on your order status:

  • Once dispatched, you'll receive an SMS and email with tracking details
  • Track your order anytime from your Account > Orders section
  • Our delivery partners provide real-time tracking updates

Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times
  • If you're unavailable, they'll contact you to reschedule
  • Undeliverable orders due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability will be returned
  • For perishable items, refunds may not be possible for failed deliveries due to customer unavailability

Special Instructions

  • Please provide accurate address details including landmarks for faster delivery
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the package
  • For apartments/offices, please include floor number and building name
  • Special delivery instructions can be added during checkout
